Take 1 capsule after dinner, once in every 7 - 14 days.
(ii) Healthy Man (40 years old and above)
Take 1 capsule after dinner and the 1 pill one hour later (total pills taken is 2 pills per night). Every 7 days with plenty of water. After 3 months, take 2 pills every 10 - 14 days for the same result. Maximum dose is 4 pills per night and 8 pills per week.
(iii) Man with existing health conditions
Please restrict to take 1 capsule per night for two consecutive nights. Slowly increase one additional capsule after every 3 days. Maximum dose is 4 pills per night and 8 pills per week.
For the first month, you should take every 3 days to improve your overall physical strength and decrease to one week or fortnightly for the same results.
