How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of US$15.50 for our postage and handling except for local delivery in Singapore. Our selling prices are inclusive of freight cost and it is for delivery directly to your shipping address.

What is your refund policy or guarantee?
We're absolutely certain “ICARE” will work for you. After the two to three months of treatment and if you feel there is no improvement, just send the unused portion with the box back and we will refund the entire amount minus the shipping charges. No questions asked.
